Hotel Reservations:
THE SPECIAL JOELANTA ROOM RATE ENDED ON AUGUST 18
Individual attendees will make reservations for the Event directly with Hotel prior to Friday, August 19, 2022. Guests can call reservations at 1-800-HILTONS or use the group link for online group reservations to be provided by Hotel. When calling, all guests must identify themselves as a member of Group in order to obtain the Group’s rate. Hotel will accept reservations from attendees after the Cut-Off Date, and/or for dates up to 7 days before or after the Event dates, only on a space- and rate-available basis.
