Are you already a 2024 vendor and need to rent additional tables for your booth?
Every booth already includes one 6' table at no additional charge. Pay close attention to the booth you've selected!
You will not be allowed to expand past the designated area for your booth! Renting additional tables does not increase your booth size.
Example, if you purchased a mini-booth (which can only accommodate two 6' tables): renting the space already includes one table at no additional charge, so you would only be able to fit 1 additional table in the space. If you need a second table for your booth, you can rent one for $20. TABLES NEED TO BE RENTED IN ADVANCE.
DO NOT ORDER MORE TABLES THAN WILL FIT IN YOUR SPACE.

Unfortunately, the cost for us to run the show has increased, so in order for us to keep your cost low we had to make some notable changes.
We are now only providing one 6' table per booth.
Many vendors prefer to bring their own tables/shelving/displays, but if you'd still like for us to provide additional tables for you, you can add them to your order for $20 each. Please examine the images & carefully read through the additional information provided when selecting your vendor space! Not all booths are the same shape! In addition to our "Standard Booths" that will fit three 6'x2.5' tables, we now also have "Mini-Booths" that can accommodate two 6'x2.5' tables. Some booths are considered to be in premium locations, so their cost is higher. There are also a few booths in the Hunnicutt Ballroom that can accommodate four 6'x2.5 tables. Vendor space is sold on a first come, first served basis, so we suggest reserving your space quickly!
