Load in is on Friday at Noon. Please pick up your badge(s) at registration BEFORE you load in. We will have security checking for badges for entry.

There are 2 entry points for load-in. One is located at the back of the ballroom, the other is the Hallway entrance to the side of the building. The back ballroom entry will only be open on Friday at Noon!

If you need to restock your table/booth, there is a vendor restock/refresh scheduled for Saturday at 8am & Sunday at 9am.

Vendor floor hours are:
Friday 6pm-8pm
Saturday 9am-6pm
Sunday 10am-4pm

We are doing free admission on Sunday from 2pm-4pm, please stay set up until at least 3pm!
