Event Access Standards
Welcome to JoeLanta!
Our goal is to provide a family friendly event where collectors of all ages can find the toys from their youth and enjoy their collecting experience. We look forward to everyone having a good time.
All attendees are provided an event access badge or attendee wrist band that serves as a limited license to attend this event. Your license may be revoked or revised at the sole discretion of JoeLanta Productions (JLP). All badge holders are subject to the rules and regulations of JLP and shall conduct themselves within all reasonable standards for this family friendly event. Any badge may be revoked and a badge holder ejected from the event, at the sole discretion of the JLP Event Manager, for disorderly conduct or any violation of the law.
In accessing the event, the attendee:
(i) Acknowledges that by appearing at the event he or she may be recorded by video, sound, photo or otherwise and consents to such recording and publishing / re-broadcasting in sole exchange for the event license to attend.
(ii) Releases JLP and representatives from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or cause of action of any kind;
(iii) Understands they are prevented from creating audio or visual recordings of any kind whatsoever within the event and surrounding areas - not limited to event management personnel / guest / member / volunteer / attendees, seminar sessions and/or performances for any commercial use without the express written permission from JLP;
(iv) Agrees to comply with all event rules and regulations and conduct oneself in a reasonable manner for a family friendly event;
(v) Understands access badge and wrist bands are non-transferable, non-refundable and will not be replaced.
(vi) Acknowledges JLP expects all participants at JLP events to comply with current CDC, state and local COVID-related guidelines, rules and requirements, that you are attending at your own risk and that you release JLP, its officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns from any liability related to COVID-19 which might occur as a result of your attendance.
