ATTENTION!!!! Our vendor registration/layouts HAVE CHANGED! The cost to run the show has increased, so in order for us to keep your costs low we've had to make some adjustments. Please read through the following information carefully. If you have any questions, please reach out to us:


WE ARE ONLY PROVIDING ONE TABLE PER BOOTH. If you need us to provide additional tables, you can rent them from us by adding them to your shopping cart. We will only have a limited supply of extra tables on hand on the day of the show, so order yours in advance if you need them.

Most Standard Booths are an 11' x 6' area (imagine three 6'x2.5' tables arranged in a "U" shape), but please REFER TO THE MAP to see what the layout of the specific booth you are selecting is actually shaped because SOME VARY. The maps have suggestions on how to arrange your tables in the specific booths as well as showing any additional space included. You can not expand past your designated area.


• Each Standard Booth comes with 2 vendor badges. Each Mini-Booth comes with 1 vendor badge.

Vendor badges are ONLY for people who are working at the tables.

• EXTRA VENDOR BADGES are $25 each and can only be paid for at load-in. Limit ONE per Primary Vendor. (Cash / Visa / Master Card)

• Please bring your paid invoice/receipt with you (print or digital) to the show for vendor check-in.

• There will be media personnel and media influencers in attendance at the show. By purchasing vendor space at Toylanta, you are giving permission to have you, your staff, your merchandise, and anyone with you filmed/photographed during your duration at the show.

6pm-8pm Vendor preview for Premium ticket holders.

SATURDAY, March 23, 2024

7am-9am Vendor Refresh/Restock

9am Early Admission for  Premium ticket holders

10am-5pm General Admission

SUNDAY, March 24, 2024

8am-9am Vendor Refresh/Restock

9am Early Admission for Premium ticket holders

10am-4pm General Admission (2pm-4pm is FREE ADMISSION)

  • We understand that there are times things are out of your control and will alter your ability to attend, but if you are NOT going to be able to attend, please let us know so we can fill the space as soon as possible! Partial refunds will be issued in regards to the date you cancel:
    If you cancel between October 1 - January 31 you will recieve a 50% refund.
    If you cancel between February 1 - March 16 you will recieve a 10% refund.
    If you cancel after March 17 or don't show up, you will not receive a refund. If you do not show up to the show by Saturday at noon, we will consider your vendor space abandoned and will open it up for someone else to use.
