ATTENTION!!!! Our vendor registration/layouts HAVE CHANGED! The cost to run the show has increased, so in order for us to keep your costs low we've had to make some adjustments. • WE ARE ONLY PROVIDING ONE TABLE PER BOOTH. If you need us to provide additional tables, you can rent them from us by adding them to your shopping cart. We will only have a limited supply of extra tables on hand on the day of the show, so order yours in advance if you need them. 

• Most Standard Booths are an 11' x 6' area (imagine three 6'x2.5' tables arranged in a "U" shape), but please REFER TO THE MAP to see what the layout of the specific booth you are selecting is actually shaped because SOME VARY. The maps have suggestions on how to arrange your tables in the specific booths as well as showing any additional space included. You can not expand past your designated area.
 
• Each Standard Booth comes with 2 vendor badges. Each Mini-Booth comes with 1 vendor badge.

Vendor badges are ONLY for people who are working at the tables.

• EXTRA VENDOR BADGES are $25 each and can only be paid for at load-in. Limit ONE per Primary Vendor. (Cash / Visa / Master Card)

• Please bring your paid invoice/receipt with you (print or digital) to the show for vendor check-in.



• There will be media personnel and media influencers in attendance at the show. By purchasing vendor space at Toylanta, you are giving permission to have you, your staff, your merchandise, and anyone with you filmed/photographed during your duration at the show.

7am-9am Vendor Refresh/Restock

9am Early Admission for  Premium ticket holders

10am-5pm General Admission



SUNDAY, March 24, 2024

8am-9am Vendor Refresh/Restock

9am Early Admission for Premium ticket holders

10am-4pm General Admission (2pm-4pm is FREE ADMISSION)

  • We understand that there are times things are out of your control and will alter your ability to attend, but if you are NOT going to be able to attend, please let us know so we can fill the space as soon as possible! Partial refunds will be issued in regards to the date you cancel:
    If you cancel between October 1 - January 31 you will recieve a 50% refund.
    If you cancel between February 1 - March 16 you will recieve a 10% refund.
    If you cancel after March 17 or don't show up, you will not receive a refund. If you do not show up to the show by Saturday at noon, we will consider your vendor space abandoned and will open it up for someone else to use.

    Toylanta is a Joelanta Productions event. JoeLanta Productions' goal is to provide family friendly events where vendors and collectors of all ages can find the toys from their youth and enjoy their collecting experience. We look forward to everyone having a good time.
    All attendees are provided an event access badge or attendee wrist band that serve as a limited license to attend this event. Your license may be revoked or revised at the sole discretion of JoeLanta Productions. All badge holders are subject to the rules and regulations of JoeLanta Productions and shall conduct themselves within all reasonable standards for this family friendly event. Any badge may be revoked and a badge holder ejected from the event, at the sole discretion of the JoeLanta Productions Event Manager, for disorderly conduct or any violation of the law.

    In accessing the event, the attendee:
    i. Agrees to compl    y with all event standards, rules and regulations and conduct oneself in a reasonable manner for a family friendly event;
    ii. Understands that all JoeLanta Productions events are smoke / vape free environments Smoking / vaping areas are designated by the event facility management outside the event areas.
    iii. Understands that attendees will not be allowed to bring alcohol products for consumption at any JoeLanta Productions event.
    iv. Understands access badges and wrist bands are non-transferable, non refundable and will not be re-placed.
    v. Understands that by appearing at the event he or she may be recorded by video, sound, photo or otherwise and consents to such recording and publishing / re-broadcasting in sole exchange for the event license to attend.
    vi. Releases JoeLanta Productions and representatives from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or cause of action of any kind;
    vii. Understands JoeLanta Productions expects all participants at JoeLanta Productions events to comply with current CDC, state and local COVID-related guidelines, rules and requirements, and agrees that you are attending at your own risk and that you release JoeLanta Productions, its officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns from any liability related to COVID-19 which might occur as a result of your attendance.
